I keep all copyrights over my work, which includes the right to distribute and use the image as an example for sales/self promotion.

Please tell me if you do not want your commission posted on social media, i will respect your request.

You may post the finished artwork anywhere, as long as proper credit is given.

Do not edit or trace the artwork. Cropping or resizing for icons and such is allowed.

My work cannot be used for commercial purposes and cannot be sold as an NFT.

Do not use my art to train any AI model.

Do not remove the watermark.

You may change a design i made, but do not alter the original artwork or remove the watermark.

Do not claim the original design as your own.

You may not turn my designs into closed species unless this was a special request.

You may give away, trade or sell the design. Do not sell the design for more than what you payed for unless the character has additional commissioned art.

I won't work with just a character description (unless you are ordering a custom). Please provide a visual reference appropriate for the type of commission you want to order, i won't for example work with just a headshot reference if you're asking for a fullbody.

Make sure that traditional references are clear, if you want accurate colours i suggest providing me a digital colour reference.

You may give me as many or as few guidelines as you want, but keep in mind that it's helpful if i at least know the characters personality and setting they live in.

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason. If i feel like i will be unable to fullfill your request i will not accept it.

You may commission your OCs or fanart. I am not comfortable with drawing pets or real people.

You may order multiple commissions at once.

Please provide some sort of proof of age if you want a NSFW commission.

Please allow me up to a month to finish your piece, i do this as a hobby and have an apprenticeship to focus on.

Any commissions are handled through Kofi. Please order through there! If we have discussed a special request i will create a special commission you can order from.

Alternatively you can pay through Twint.

Please send the payment withing 48 hours, otherwise your order will be removed from the queue.

I do not offer refunds after you approved the sketch unless i'm unable to finish on your commission. We can discuss special situations that may require a refund ofc.
