I keep all copyrights over my work, which includes the right to distribute and use the image as an example for sales/self promotion. I won't ask about posting as i assume you have read the terms.

Please tell me if you do not want your commission posted on social media or have it deleted, i will respect your request.

Do not edit or trace the artwork. Cropping or resizing for icons and such is allowed.

My work cannot be used for commercial purposes and cannot be sold as an NFT.

Do not use my art to train any AI model.

Do not claim my original designs as your own.

You may change a design i made, but do not alter the original artwork or remove the watermark.

You may not turn my designs into closed species unless this was a special request.

You may give away, trade or sell the design. I do ask you to not sell the design for more than what you payed for unless the character has value added through commissions.

Please allow me up to a month (longer for 3D work) to finish your piece, i don't do this full time and am not the healthiest.

Provide an appropriate visual reference for the commission you are ordering. I do not just work off of descriptions or moodboards unless you want a custom design.

Make sure that traditional references are clear, if you want accurate colours i suggest providing me a digital colour reference.

You may give me as little or much freedom as you want, but keep in mind that it's always helpful for me to know a bit about the characters personality/story.

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason. If i feel like i will be unable to fullfill your request or it goes against my TOS/ethics i will not accept it.

You may commission your OCs or fanart. I am not comfortable with drawing pets or real people.

Please provide some sort of proof of age if you want a NSFW commission.

I require payment upfront and will not start until then.

I do not offer refunds after you approve the sketch/sculpt.
